just introducing myself

Happy New year to all. This forum stuff is new to me but I'll give it a shot and see what I come up with. I'm a US Marine currently stationed in Ramadi, Iraq. I'v been lifting naturally for about 5 years now and I'm 24yrs young, currently 210 at 5'11''. I've reached a plateau AGAIN and have thought about an alternative to the way I'm doing things. I've been given many recommendations on what to take, that coming from individuals who probably don't know much. That's why I'm relying on you all to hopefully give me a hand. I was thinking sust 250 and dbol, and clomid after. Does that sound reasonable? Again, this is all new to me and just what I've come up with after doing some research. I don't want to go all out right now. Being in the Marine Corps, I don't want to make it TOO noticeable. I'm still considered a big muscle head to most of the guys so I don't think that it would cross their minds unless I blew up like a balloon in no time. Please provide me with some feedback and I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks in advance.
 
welchome to the board.i think 500mg test week is a good starting point for the 1st cycle.u could also kickstart the cycle with 20mg d-bol day for the 1st 4 weeks but personally i will leave it for a further cycle.
 
Well if you dont want to blow up you shouldnt run dbol....If you reached a plateau just find something that really pisses yea off or change up what your doing and it will subside....Most people fail to understand if you keep doing the same thing all the time your not going to keep gaining in size and strenght.Juice is a tempory fix....
 
Alright, maybe I should rephrase the statement about blowing up. I absolutely do want to bulk up. The thing is, I was thinging of obviously starting with a beginner cycle and that's why I had mentiond D-bol and sust. I don't plan on overdoing it or gong crazy is all. I've been lifting long enough to understand the whole "get pissed off" or "motivation" thing but it's just become such a slow process at this point. I'm looking to step it up right now. I'm 4 and a half years into the Marines so now that that my time is nearing it's end, I want to go ahead and do what I've planned for years. Being in Iraq gives me alot of time to work out and now would be the best time if any. What do you think an average sust/dbol combo would consist of? How many mg's, and how many weeks?
 
Go ahead and run 500mgs of sust for 10 weeks. Skip the Dbol for now. My first cycle was 500 mgs of Test and 25mgs of Dbol for 10 weeks. Great cycle, but it was a little too much to start out with. I found out the hard way that Dbol and my body didn't mix! I gained 28lbs between weeks 5-7! Edema damn near killed me! I had blood vessels blowing out in my ankles from the water gain. Needless to say, it wasn't long before everyone noticed what I was doing! Wasn't pretty!
Start out slow Bro, and listen to your body! Always keep Arimidex, and Nolvadex on hand when using drugs that Aromatize easily. Test and Dbol definately qualify! Good luck and take care over there!
 
Welcome and good luck over there. I would do a cc of sus every 4-5 days for 10 weeks. I also would save the dbol for future cycles, but if your set on it, I would go with 20-30 mgs aday for 4 weeks. Good Luck!
