I was on 20mg of real accutane at 20mg eod and had all the usual results (dry skin, clear skin, chapped lips, etc.) I switched to 20mg eod of IP and my skin got greasy again in a few days. So I upped the dose to 20mg ed. Then 40mg ed. Finally 80mg ed. NO RESULTS AT ALL. I finally just flushed the rest down the toilet and went back to a derm. Back on 20mg eod and clear skin. I don't think there is a single mg of accutane in them.

i once got ip products in an empty visine container with a screw top, no seal, and the label was masking tape with a marker on it....live and learn
