I took this pic with my son Ash a few weeks ago, but just got a scanner so I thought I would share it
I'm in the middle of a diet so not super lean
Mods, if you could leave this here for a bit before moving it to the pics forum that would be great(it does relate to bodybuilding too)

Yeah they're fun at that age. Wait till he turns 2. It's completely diffferent then. Enjoy it while it lasts! My son is well into his terrible 2's. Here's a pic of the little monster.

Hahaha, 2's aren't shit,wait till they are old enough to talk back and deliberately not follow directions! I have a 5yr old and a 7yr old and they can drive me right up the wall at times but, they are my primary focuse in life above all else. I love being a father! I'm really looking forward to having teens ...NOT! My son may be bigger than me by then though, he's 4'8" at 7yrs old :)

I actually have a 5 year old with an x girl friend, but she took off for the first three years, so the bond isnt there like it should be

I was weighing about 240lbs, 11%, just under 5'9" there, currently am around 230lbs and just under 10%, I'll probably post up some pics when I get around 8%

You too, huh? Glad you made it and turned your life into something positive. And now you have that little guy that you have to be around for. I know I wake up each morning and thank god, because the stuff I did as a youngster—by all accounts I should be dead now.

I had already started turning things around, but when I met my wife, the rest was easy. Now I am so glad I did, I have the woman of my dreams, and a great baby son, it doesnt get much better

It really doesn’t, I agree with you. I keep telling my single friends how great it is, but all they like to do is repeat the same old stand-up comic crappy marriage horror story jokes. Me—I had turned it around, but I was still lost until I met my wife. And then we had our children and now I have found my greater purpose.

there wasnt much left when I was done. What had happened was that I was in Toronto with my cousin who is black. A couple skin heads came up and told me to get out of the way as they were going to "mess up the nigger". I flipped out and dropped the first one pretty messy, the second one panicked and slashed me pretty bad. I'm not sure of everything I did to him, but I do remember that one of his knees was bending the wrong way afterwards

atta' boy. My friend to attacked in toronto by a group of like 10 guys. Little did they know he was like a sick ass black belt. I heard he was whoopin alot of ass until they pulled out a gun on him. They were after his wallet, never got it, and he didn't get shot either. Lucky mofo.
 
In regards to your knife scar NS: You "hanging with the wrong crowd" at the time had nothing to do with getting cut. You were just protecting your family, and I have great respect for that. God and family, everything else pales in comparison.

I never thought of it that way, but if I hadnt been hanging with the wrong crowd, I never would have been in toronto in the first place

The stupid shit that still goes on today!!! :confused: Not to sound like a tuff guy but you do something to me fine "maybe" i owe you one..but to start shit for no apparent reason really irks me..
 
It was over 10 years ago when that happened, I was around 16 when I was really into the shit, but I kept getting in trouble until I met my wife in my 20's. The irony now is that I am a social worker, and work with kids just like I was
