dont take over 80mgs. IMO
I useually just take 2 grams of glucosamine, 1 g two times a day, and take a zinc/ calcium with every batch
so i'm getting around 40mgs from supps
but your probably getting plenty from your food, as well as a multi if your taking one.
If you're talking a multi-vitamin, preferably one you take twice a day, you're probably getting about 25mg from it; so just add one zinc/cal in the AM and one at PM and you'll be good to go.
