Cop checked my friend's license, asked her "If she rather get to work late or dead" and went back to his car (undercover). Very weird that he didn't write a ticket.

Just a verbal warning. Sure beats a written warning or an actual speeding ticket. Appears the cop was more interested in enforcement and safety rather than filling the jurisdiction's coffers. Sure would not have happened in Wardensville, Davis, or Summersville WV; there you'd get a ticket for going 1 MPH over posted. Towns where the locals pay virtually no town property taxes because they get so much ticket revenue.

This is my theory... He pulled her over to take advantage of her with his authority. I don`t have to tell you the details, you`ve heard the stories before. As he walks up to the car he notices you there. SURPRISE! So he gives her a warning and goes off looking for his next victim.

He might not even be a cop. You saved her life, bro. You`re a hero.

Its funny how cops come up to your car. THey know all the blind spots, I didnt even see him in the rear view mirror. All of sudden his is knocking on the window, i almost jumped out of my seat. The girl was so nervous, she couldnt talk straight, I kept telling her calm down calm down
