Just got my carao

Just got two bottles of carao. I'm really looking forward to using this. One thing that does suck is that it tastes and smell horrible. What do you guys mix this with?

yeah, it smells really really bad, lol. says on the bottle you can mix with milk(chocolate milk would probably mask the flavor best), but the carao guy isnt sure if it reduces effectiveness. Just grin and bear it, it smells much worse than it tastes...

Yeah i agree the taste is not anywhere as bad as the smell. I just mix it with water.

its really not that bad, (the smell- HELL YEAH)
i just take a sip of soda, then put the spoonful in my mouth, drink a little more soda and im done...(that easy)..same way i use to do creatine back in the day...
