Yep - I take the yolks out..... keep 'em cold & they keep pretty well.....

The sad thing is that I never got tired of them. I would eat a head of lettuce and 12 jumbos (2 whole eggs, 10 whites) before i went to bed and I wouldn't be starving anymore.

lol, they are my go-to,when in doubt I eat eggs. I even keep a plastic container of 6 hb's in my gym backpack, just so I can eat right away...problem is, this aroma seems to follow me around whenever I carry my bag

Yeah - when I make them my husband usually bitches about how the house stinks..... I've found it's just easier to eat them that way, then I don't have to cook first thing in the morning.....

A nice-sized Dutch Oven could handle about half. Depends on the size of the egg.
