Just got back from my very first gym session...

And I must say, I LOVE IT! Worked legs, quads, ham's, and calves. Leg presses .. both upside down and up.. a few sets of squats, some sitting down leg presses, both hams and quads, and quite a few sets of heavy calve raises. Finished it up with about 15 mins of cardio.
 
good deal, dw. i went to the gym and worked out once, too. i remember it being totally way cool. just for future reference, a leg press where you are more standing up on an incline as opposed to lying on your back pushing the weight up is called a "hack squat."

Yeah. thats the one. Does it really matter what its called? I'm gonna call it the "thingy".. that ok with you?

I've heard that lifting weights and doing other exercises can actually injure you-- so I try to avoid it. Thankfully I have the abtronic though and I eat a lot of fat free candy and ALWAYS drink slim fast for breakfast. I guess I don't consider myself to be "natural" though as I took creatine a couple of times and I take cetrum. I'm hardcore like that.
 
that sounds like fun....maybe I should try it sometime!

just for future reference though, once you get into it that's probably way too much volume for one muscle group.

Were you working out at home till now?

Cool man, your going to like the new Gym enviroment. I have the means to do everything at home but choose not to.
