hi guys. ive been a member of ef for a while now finally decided to go platinum and loving the features so far. my second cycle is planned for next month, wk1-12 test en 500mg, wk 8-12 winny 50mge/d, wk 14-17 PCT nolva 20mg e/d. got AIFM to use at 2 pumps day throughout. 1st cycle was deca only wk 1-10 200 mg wk kickstarted with d/bol 30mg e/d wk 1-5. not the best for 1st cycle but rushed in without reading up to much(stupid i know)but gained 22 pounds and kept about 18. any advice on next cycle would be appreciated. looking to bulk up some more.
