Sassy doesn't need this old man for motivation. Those of you who know her are aware that she is very close to "pro" quality.....just absolutely excellent. She just hasn't gotten her big break yet. To reach the level she has achieved while working in the real world and dealing with crap we all have to deal with....well, it's inspirational to me.
My only purpose here is to make a statement that one is never too old to seek physical excellence, and that no matter what life throws at you........the iron is always there and it always speaks the truth to you. When I've hit my shit limit....I seek sanctuary in the gym.....for 30 years.
Thanks for the kind words davey and GEORGE! And torchy, voodoo lady (awesome back), nicole (love the belly ring).....you made an old guy's day here. TEXgrl.....well, I'll be seeing you in my dreams tonight with some dirty thoughts of my own.

IM - you can't imagine what your words mean to me today. I have always used the gym to deal w/ my frustrations and its also been the scene of my daily successes. Lately its just not been what it used to be & i'm feeling more lost than usual. Your words are helping me to focus better today. Thx.
