Just did my first ever quad shot.

I had a buddy who's leg starting to violently jerk during a quad shot. It was the strangest thing to see. At the time, we thought he must have hit a nerve.

Every now and then my leg would twitch after the pin went through the muscle facia in my quads. It's cool bro, but they are more painful than glutes for sure. Atleast for me they are

honestly i only ever shoot quads and from time to time ill fell the exact same thing , slight twitching and pain, i just pull out and re pin close by, when ive hit a vein in the past its kinda almost a cold dull pain, and of course a fountain of blood on the way out

quads is the only place Ive ever hit a nerve,leg jerked, freaked me out. I hesitate every time I hit quads now lol. Did 3cc in my quad few hours ago. Went ok, stung when the needle bottomed out. Things we go through

just did a quad shot myself, the trick is to jab ur self real fast like a quick stabbing motion that way u dont hear or feel as much while going in
