just crashed my parents car

i was in a car park and backed into a pole
im not okay, i knocked my arm and it hurt
theres a big dent on the side and all the paint has scratched off

how old are you, if you don't mind me asking? you backed into a pole? were you driving fast for a while before hitting the pole? how'd you hit your arm?

im 21
nah i was parked and reversing and hit it
when i saw what i did i got pissed and hit the pole with my hand, thats how i hurt my arm

How the hell do you hit a pole in a parking lot? And how did you manage to do a lot of damage? Sounds like you were driving like a dumbass and you got owned accordingly.. just thank christ you didn't hit a person.

Been there, at least you still have the car;)

One time I had to tell them the didnt cause I was so trashed I left the damn thing parked with the keys in the ignition and someone just rode off with it afterwards
 
Also, feel free to tell your parents when they get pissed that it could have been worse, they're lucky to have you, they could have had a son like Jersey.

I wont be offended bor, all my friends did with their parents. It usually worked

hey just remember when you're up your up, when your down your really down....it will be a good story to tell in 5 years or so....it's happened to me about 4 times through out high school and partying....makes for good storys now...dont sweat it

well you have nobody to blame other than yourself, obviously. maybe you need pay more attention to what the hell you are doing. there's really no excuse. (ps - this is prepping you for the speech yo pops is gonna give you)
 
shitty that sucks but at least you still have Meantime. i mean at least your ok
 
Take the car to an empty lot. Tell everyone the pole rear ended you and fled the scene.
 
the first time i crashed into a pole, it was in a 2 ton truck, and the pole was holding up a house, with some workers on the roof. the whole place shook, there was no damage, and one of the guys on the roof surfed halfway down the roof ;)

the second time i backed into a pole, i was at the video store, and was patting myself on the back for returning the video at 11:59, and saving $7 in late fees...when i caued about a thousand bucks damage to the car. i still think it was a good deal. :D . anyway, the car was for sale at the time for a couple of grand, and someone still bought the bloody thing at full price :D woohoo! :D

ummm thats about it for poles :D
 
I think you should quit driving and invest in a yearly bus pass. You obviously are a danger to yourself and other's when you get behind the wheel of a car. :chomp:

My guess is that you either are a real suckass driver or you try to zip around fast and don't have the skill to pull that off. It's either one or the other.

Sorry to hear about the damage though. When I crashed my dads friend's car I was 17 and VERY drunk when I did. I was clear on the other side of town when it happened and I still managed to drive the car the +25 miles back home to park it. Luckily I only sideswiped an echo block wall hard and bounced off going about 40mph. It wrecked the car totally. Amazing I didn't see one cop on the drive back.

That was also the day(technically) that I got kicked out of the house and only the second time I have seen my dad in almost 8 years.

I have never been in an accident since.
