Here's something that cockdezl posted in the past that may be something to think about...lol...I just quoted this over at AF too.
"Lowering carbs and increasing water intake will help reduce blood pressure. Antioxidant can effect the contractility of the vascular system (GRAPE SEED ANTIOXIDANTS HAVE SHOWN RELAXANT EFFECTS ON THE VESSELS). Synephrine and foskolin have hypotensive action, also."
1. So increase protein and lower carbs to a degree. This will help with the extracellular water that can raise blood pressure. This is why keto diets have a positive effect on hypertension as well.
2. DRINK TONS OF WATER!!!...This is a no-brainer.
3. Since you have ended a cycle, the addition of an estrogen inhibitor like Anastrolzol (aka Liquidex) can help reduce water weight that has accumulated from aromatization...which also increases extracellular water retention by increasing mineral absorptions. This is just an idea, but I would give it a try. Many vets have mentioned its hypotensive effects during a cycle. I for sure include L-dex in my cycles and even after for awhile, and it really helps keep estrogenic water retention to a minimum.
4. A natural diuretic like Dandelion could help as well, and it is very cheap at Wal-Mart.
5. Soy/soy milk has been shown to have hypotensive properties as well, so this may be an option if you want to.
...There are probably a few other things, but I am kind of brain dead right now...hopefully that helps some bro. And don't stress out. And you may want to stop any stimulants like Ephedrine/caffeine/Yohimbine if you are using them, or if the problem becomes worse. You're BP isn't too bad though.
