just another update.

right now is week 9 of 10. up 20.5 pounds so far. im really not expecting any more weight gains at this point. just want to keep what ive gained so far. lifts have improved dramatically. as of now my dead lift is up to 355. thats not a 1rm its 3 reps. ive not done a 1rm yet. bench is 255 1rm. not a lot i know but for some reason my bench is week. ive been focusing alot on it lately to get a little more gain there. at this point im lovin the results. ive got all my pct in line for when it starts. last inject is tues, so two weeks after pct begins. this was my first cycle. and ive already got my stuff for #2 workin on #3.
this cycle was 500mg test e week 10 weeks.
cant wait for #2 its gonna be sick.
thanks to all the bros here that helped with thier knowledge etc.

stats now are
6' 204.5lbs started 184
bf est 11% last checked was 12% down from 14%
diet was an all out at first but i noticed too much fats and carbs in diet. i cleaned it up some around week 5 to maybee add lbm with little bf. i didnt eliminate carbs just lowered them. bumped protien up too cause weight gain. have to eat MORE durring than when you start. takes more to maintain what youve gained.
