just another anavar question. Please read

I have been thinking of doing a cycle of Anavar latelly. I have never done any A/S and just was wanted to get feedback from some people that did Anavar(on its own.Not stacked with anything).I have read that most people dont experience any side effects from it(provided its not a extremelly high dose), and that you retain alot of your gains that you make on it even when you are off of it. All i would be looking to get out of it would be some more gains in mass and strength(i know there are are many more that would give me better results in both of these categories, but i like the fact that there arent many side effects).Thanks alot..All feedback very much appreciated!
 
I did it with winny for 8 weeks 40mgED and gained 15 soild pounds, dropped a lot of fat, with no sides.

When you did your Var: 20mg morning/ 20mg evening or just 40mg at workout time.
 
gains in mass are minimal but strength gains are awesome. Don't worry about sides....u'll see NONE! U won't even think it's working then BAM the strength will kick in. BTW Test is King:D
 
Oxandrolone is a great starter drug. Don't let people try and coax you into doing a stronger drug for your first cycle. I know it's hard for some to believe but not everyone wants to gain 40 pounds their first cycle and is willing to risk side effects not knowing how their body will respond to the more androgenic drug. Go into the Ox cycle open minded knowing full well that you probably won't gain an extreme amount of muscle. However chances are if you play your cards right you can still gain 10-15 pounds of solid, retainable mass and a shitload of strength. Do some research and find out ways to maximize your cycle. Use creatine during the cycle, keep protein exceptionally high, take your pills with grapefruit juice to help absorption, etc..

There is no reason to go over 40mg per day, especially if it's your first time, and to keep HPTA suppression at a minimum just take it all in the morning. This will also make sure that the CNS stimulation won't effect your sleep. I've done oxandrolone cycles twice and never had any noticeable HPTA suppression. I'm sure there was some, but not enough that it didn't bounce back on it's own post cycle. I had clomid on hand but I wasn't going to take it if I didn't need it. The only side effects that I noticed was very slight acne on my shoulders and chest that I was able to clear up in a few days by taking extra care to keep the area clean.

Oxandrolone alone gives better gains than all of the over the counter supplements combined. For the low side effects you really can't ask for anything else out of a drug. I think people get spoiled by using the heavier anabolic drugs but if you're not looking to compete in the future then you should enjoy the "meager" results.
 
biggest side effect of oxandrolone is the price. i've done anavar
only cycle last fall and was very happy with it. more strength,
more cut, lost bf and no sides. will start another cylce next week.
which brand are you gonna use?

Anavar/Deca

I've heard nothing but good comments about taking Anavar (except those who choose to get serious and go test), but for the average jake who just wants to get pumped with strength this should be the way to go. My question is: I'm considering stacking 40mg of Anavar w/ creatine, and 200-300mg deca. My goal is to gain strength, build lean muscle mass, stay cut, and keep joints healthy. Any thoughts??

could you explain this? I would think a more even blood concentration would help keep supression at a minimum..

As the half-life of ox is 9 hours, dose 3x per day for optimal efficiency and more consistent levels in the blood. A lot do get gains from dosing 1x day, but simple math dictates that they would do better at a 3x dose/day pattern. Do a search under Stew Meat's fina charts to see the principle illustrated.

I gained 16 lbs. off an 8-week cycle of ox @ 40/day for 7 wks, followed by 30/day for 5 days and 20/day for 4 days. Post cycle, I took 150 mgs of clomid on day 1 (as a mini-front load), 100 mgs day 2, and will go at 50 mgs/day for a week after that. I'm not certain that my HPTA was impacted too much, but will take the clomid just in case. Dosing pattern was 20 mgs in the morning, 10 mgs in the afternoon, 10 mgs before bed.
