i know i should split up the dose.
soon ill be taking 60mg Ed.
i wake up at 7 everyday and go to bed at 10pm.
every hour i have 10 minute break.
i will start my workout at about 8pm on workout days.
so what is the best time to take my 6 pills.
what time exactly please peeps. thanks

I would take 30mg's at 9am and 30 mg's at 6pm.

well the half life of anavar is about 9 hrs, so break up doses however u want making sure that ur intervals don't go over 9 hrs
