Supersizeme is really down these days, and I just wanted to lift his spirts
with this. But it isn't just a message for him, it is for everyone here as well.

Every time someone near you is down, help them out, do what you can.
Attempt to cheer them up, offer a kind word. It really helps.
Talk out how you feel about them. How you care.

Sometime in the future you may find yourself in the same place, a bad place.
Help doesn't have to be a bad word, just becuase it is a four letter word.
I know from experience that it is hard to accept help, but sometimes one needs it.
Take the time to listen, and just share. Be there.

Most people don't think about this, nor care.
Only a few really read between the lines and care.
No man is an island. So the saying goes.
Killing time while other people are talking, until you get your turn.
Everyone does it - but that is no way to converse.
You need to think, listen, read, care - understand.
Before you blurt out some response, really think about their needs.
Over time it just becomes natural, but not always at first.
You will need to determine these things for yourself, at your own pace.
