well...for every show before I used alot of gear..and thought I looked good.....
well being this is concidered a natural show..I stopped all gear 1 month prior
Ive used natural diuretics..uva ursi, b6, horsetail, taraxtone..
used glutamine....
and the only pharms used were cynomel and femara..
being trained and nutrionally coached by yaxeni oriquen....
bros..Im ripped to the bone...skin stuck to muscle like glue...I credit all to yaxeni..day by day keeping on my ass..I have 3 days to go....5'6" 161

they urine test the top 5 of each catagor..mostly looking for dieuetics from what I hear....
