age 20, weight 182, bf% not sure but should be between 15-20...I'm in the military and don't have a kitchen of my own so it's kind of hard for me to eat everything i need and want...but i usually eat the 3 full meals a day that i can plus drink a 40 g of nitro tech before i go to bed, 40 g at work, and 20 g after i workout along with a serving of celltech, i eat 2 cans of tuna a day on my own time, drink lots of milk as well...im getting at least 200 gs of protein a day however im not sure how many carbs im getting...i workout 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off...the workouts shift each week so it's not a certain musclegroup on a certain day....but the workouts consist of legs and abs, chest tris and shoulders, back bis and forearms. I havn't stuck to this routine for the 2 years that I have been lifting and probably would see some decent gains out of it if i did however over the 2 years of lifting ive gained a grand total of about 20 lbs. I wanna hit about 220-230 then get work on cutting. I just read up on dbol, test, fina, deca, and a buncha other shit. I just wanna put that bulk on in a shorter period of time and don't plan on going as far as ejecting with fina or deca but rather hit up the dbol and test for bulk.
