Whats up fellas, i have a buddy thats 45+ and in great shape. He's 5"9 and 180-90lbs(peaked at 220-30 i believe), with 25+ years of training. He's curious and as i to what cycles he should try out. He's from the "old school" stye of lifting, incorporating kettle bell throws, cleans etc and is very knowledgeable in general health except on A.S. I was wondering what cycles or stacks he should try?
