Juicing and lifting?

Okay guys, how do you do it? In the fall I plan on hitting a nice bulking cycle. However, I am not sure on how to workout, but I have some thoughts. Please express your opinion on what would be best.
First, I could go the usual way and hit every body part once per week from every different angle. One body part, one day, one day off.

Second, I could group body parts together, hit them hard for an hour or so. Do it so I get either one or two days off, and I could work each body part twice per week with heavy weights each time.

Third, I could group body parts together so I get two days off. But I would work each body part a different way twice per week. For the first go around, I would go very heavy weights, forced reps, etc. The second go around for the week I would go with lighter weight and high reps.

I am leaning towards the third because I think taking advantage of both the fast and slow twitch muscle fibres would maximize my potential for growth. Also, while being on the juice my recovery time is greatly shortened. It seems that working each muscle only 8-10 times(depending on length of cycle) is not enough when I can be doing it twice as much. I like the once per week hard when not on. So how do you bros lift when on?

I do 5 days in row 25 min per workout...

mon- legs
tuesd - chest
wedn - back
thursd - shoulders
friday - arms

so I can concentrate on each one without being tired...

everyone responds differently to lifting routines on sauce (also depends what type of gear too). I personally just seem to get better gains lifting very heavy and sticking to basic movements. The pumps I get on cycle actually severely cut into the weight I can use on moderate to high rep isolation movements. Because of this I just don't do them. When I have done higher volume on cycle insulin seemed to help alot in recovery, probably because I was exhausting muscle glycogen too much.
