Well we all know that eq hooks you up with some more red blood cells, and in the sport that im in i am always looking for some more...I have heard that NPP can jack up your RBC production as well?
My question is which one do you guys know that will increase RBC count and when is it the highest. Like if i am gonna run a 20 weeker on EQ...when will my RBC count be the highest? or in other words how long do i wanna be on the EQ before my fight?
