Furthermore, if you agree with Mavy that these are ideas that have been around far longer than Nelson and the other guy, then how do you propose Nelson has "stolen" this? How do you "plagiarize" off a guy that stole the idea himself? It cannot be plagiarizing for one and not the other. If you want to get a charge of plagiarization to stick, find the very first person to ever use this principle. You cannot plagiarize an idea that no one knows the originator for.

You say he was the first to write about it as if it is established fact. As far as I can tell, you have not proven that to anyone's satisfaction have you? Either way, your accusation is still meritless. There are 1 million (and 3 ) low carb diet's out on the market today. Where are the lawsuits? FOr that matter, if the plagiarism is so evident and so obvious, why is Kennedy not suing Nelson? Perhaps because you are full of, as the Greeks called it, shit?
