but i would think the cops wouldnt think they'd go through all the cop work to bust a package that has 700$ dollars of juice in it right...

There is no such thing as 100% safe. But you can get close by using a Tracfone, which is prepaid phone and requires NO personal info. Change phones every 2 weeks.
