Mavy has already undertaken this task. He is in process of testing several of Orbit's products including their var.

This sounds like the test Mavy just put together on their EQ.

BTW the results should be in very soon.

Just testing the EQ right now. However there have been a few people who wanted to test the var as well. We can probably easily put together another test.
