Ju-Jitsu?

My next cycle was going to be :
5 pink tai's a day for four weeks.
500mg.t-200 for 10weeks .
and 400mg of norandren 200 for 8 weeks.

but i am going to start a ju-jitsu class soon and i was wondering if this cycle would still be good for me due to its intense workout w/out weights.
I will still work out five times a week w/weights,but with the cardio i was just wondering if it would be the best cycle for me,
Thanx
I want to bulk up,if you could understand that? :) :) :)

How much do you weigh? 25 mg of dbol a day would be a complete waste of money for me. I don't even get anything off of 35mg a day (you were right, Slo'). There should be more talk about dosage versus bw, IMO.

i weight about 230lbs,

Some may say this is too high, but I'd go 6-7 a day. I'm sure those Gracies slap some jiu-jitsu on each other all day long for training, and none of them look bulky. So my guess is you'll have a tough time gaining any mass without some heavy lifting involved.

I'LL TELL YOU THIS:

I HAVE BEEN PRACTISING BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU FOR EIGHT YEARS NOW. THE WORST TIME I HAD IN THESE EIGHT YEARS WAS THE TIME I JUICED. YOU WILL LOOSE MUCH OF YOUR FLEXIBILITY, IF NOT ALL. AND FLEXIBILITY IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF BJJ. ALSO, I MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN YOU, BUT I ALSO HAD MANY MUSCLE CRAMPS WHEN I WAS GROWING, AND DURING BJJ PRACTISE, MY MUSCLES WOULD SOMETIMES TENSE UP, AND THATS A BITCH!

Good point bro. I am also a student of BJJ and know all about muscle cramping but I think if you stretch while your lifting you should be fine in the flexibility department.

Watch out for cramping cause I get it while growing and trainning (sparing) and you might notice the same thing.

Train hard regardless of studying the art to get your moneys worth for the juice.

I have been taking part and instructing in mixed martial arts for 15 years now and bodybuilding for 13. Just remember to stretch during weight training, particularly before and when each muscle is pumped stretch them individually. If you want to add size the heavy cardio stuff like grappling and weightless excecises will burn up a lot of your valuable calories so try and keep it to a minimum. Also try and avoid hard training when you are still in muscle recovery from the gym, this will delay the healing and growth process. It all depends on the intensity of the class. Some like BJJ will involve a lot of cardio, whereas more traditional Japanese styles can be more technical and not involve as much.

BJJ and juice are two peas in a pod

I also train Brazilian jiu-jitsu, but are you talking about Brazilian jiu-jitsu or just Japanese ju-jitsu, cuz they're totally different. I personally love training BJJ and juicing. I get the best pumps when I grapple. And by the way, BJJ does not make you skinny. It's get you huge. All the guys I train with are buff. The Gracie's are small cuz that's in their genes, but the other guys are not. Vitor Belfort is on my team and he is big and ripped to hell; he's been juicin since he was 18 though. I think that BJJ adds muscle to me when I juice along with my lifting.

If you are just starting Jujitsu - juice will hurt you. You need to learn how to use leverage not strength. You will never be any good if all you use is your strength.

I have been grappling for 4 years Bro and i can tell you Juice won't do you any favors as far as Endurace is concerned but strength is another story. When i weighed 180 pds. i was the one of the best grappler in my place. I would move and change positions so fast and catch so many people while transitioning from one position to another.

Now i weigh 210 and i can no longer move like that but i'm strong and its very difficult to break my gaurd or bribge me off, if i mount you. I think its a trade off. I don't think you should train or grapple too hard in the beginning, specially if your'e on a juice. You wont gain much muscle. I recommend doing a lot of basic drills and practicing controlling positions. Thats most important.

Good luck and keep us posted

i do jeet kun do, thaibox and boxing 3 times a wk and work out w/weights 3 nights a wk and i lost alot of fat and still look very lean,i say stay away from d-bol stick with lean muscle mass AAS's like winny,eq.... my only complaint was feeling like i was way winded after about 3 rounds, where off cycle i could fight 5, 3min rounds and be ok
