Jsut got my sustanon 250 for future cycle.

i got my next cycle planned out. i'm going to run 500MG of Sustanon 250 for 10 weeks.

would 3ml22g1.5 needles work? I used this size on my previous test cycle, where i shot 2X EW in my glutes. ( if not, what size do you recommend for sus?)

Should i be injecting 3X a week? or 2X to keep blood levels stable.

I use a 3Ml 23 Ga. 1.5 inch for my oil injections. I have had to use an insulin needle when I was short on the 23 Ga. It worked, but obviously the bigger bore on the needle is best. Also I would run it at least twice a week, unless you want to do an oral kick (such as D_bol) I actually ran Sus_250 500mg EW 2x per week and ran Test_P to help keep my blood level more saturated. I probably didn't need to but I wsn't leaving anything to chance. I think some here would argue for an EOD program until at least week 3 or 4 to maximize the shorter _p esters. Either way, twice a week IMO is the minimal frequency you should do.

im not sure, how i will shot 500mg EOD......

mon/wed/friday? 500mg/3days = 166mg...


so 166mg? thats going to be hard to draw that amount...

the reason why i rather do 2X a week, is because, its easier. 250mg Monday. then 250mg Friday. 1 ML 2X a week, would this be WRONG? or... what... like, i guess what im asking is, is taking sustanon250 2X a week, unheard of? if everyone does it EOD, then i guess ill have to sit and figure out how ill do it.

Or 25 to pin. It takes a bit longer to inject, but that's good... it gets released into your blood stream more slowly.... hurts less TOO

.....Eddymerckx is just a bad ass, tough guy, who likes pain.... He usually shoots with the 18g. 14g when he can find them.

Sometimes he just drills a small hole in his thigh.....and squirts the juice in!
