Jr. nationals results?

results

hi new to the board but i am a mod on competitvemuscle.com. i just flew back into town. i won the lightheavy's there and it was an awesome show. jimmy canyon who is a middleweight won his class and the overall. i was kind of taken back that he won because he was so young but he was absolutey seperated and hard but then i found out that the guy is about in his mid thirties so that was the reason why the guy was so seperated. there was 28 guys in my class, 25 in middles, 21 in heavys, 18 in superheavys. overall there was a 121 male competitors
 
Congratulations bigjew, that's awesome. What did you weigh in at? How tall are you? Did you find that the superheavyweights weren't as lean overall compared to the other classes? - cbeaks

cbeaks...bigjew trained me for my show so maybe he'll post his cycle as I know you were interested...

Now thats a lot of national level competition.

Nice job bigjew, no small feat!

You really gotta have your shit together to win any type of National title.

yes I am. It would be very interesting to see what a top level competitor does to prepare for a show. I saw that you mentioned your sodium loading/depletion and water loading/depletion. What does your water intake look like Wednesday - Saturday? It must be very effective if no diuretic is needed. - cbeaks

I tried to drin k as little as possible.....maybe 2 quarts Wed, 1 on Thurs, and just sip enough to get yourt food down on Fri.....I didn't drink anything from Fri evening to Sat night

I ended up placing 3rd in the open heavy weight class. I was pretty pissed off about it. I ended up weighing 222 pounds and was lean and dry. I will be a super heavyweight next show without a doubt. - cbeaks

Wow, the competition must have been pretty tough bro....congrats on it though....you looked great in the pics I saw.....

thanks man, I thought I deserved a higher placing after looking at the pictures but what can I do about it. I will just have to get bigger and leaner every year just like I have been. - cbeaks
 
I was there, and it was a great show! You can check out npcnewsonline.com. Give me a couple more years, and I'm in this bitch.
