Actually I'm not a fan of those bands so it's difficult to comment about the tunes I like. Their music is OK, and all those hits they've had are good.

I'm more into listening Toto and Chicago from that music genre.

I LOVE "Captured" album by Journey , is a live one... AND OF COURSE ESCAPE....

it has become cool to knock these bands the past few years but they were good bands with a ton of cool songs. they got branded as "corporate rock" which was supposed to mean very commercial and bad. had their band not been so successful their talents would have been lauded. why is it uncool if an artist sells a lot of records?

these bands made it before MTV where you actually had to sound good to sell a record. these days it more about looks than talent. how else would JLO, brittany and beyonce make it so big?

listen to lou gramm on "urgent" or steve perry singing "who's crying now. these guys are great singers. they did not even have to lip sync!

Beyonce can sing unlike JLO and Britney. You can shake the booty but you must have talent to back it up. Beyonce has.
