Honestly though, I gotta blame Bud Selig. That guy has never made good decisions when it came to this kind of thing. MLB Should have had a program in place years ago, just like the rest of pro sports. That way, they would at least llook like they cared. Even after the scandal, it took them a long time to get any kind of system in place. Hell they never even banned Andro and every other organization had done that long time before the Federal Ban. They just always dragged their feet and made it look as they didn't care. If they would have stod up right away, condemed what was going on, etc....Congress would have never even needed to get involved, and we would be able to sleep a little better at night instead of wondering if that package from europe you got coming is sitting on a desk at the DEA right now!!

If they would have started a program years ago, we would have avoided all of this drama.....and all the MLB boys would have figured outhow to beat their test already....Just like every other sports organization.
