The guys a moron who pissed off TLC who were depdning on j&k as their cash cow - and now not having money - he has nmo value to anyone including these golddiggers. Hence his wife leaving him and his "gf" throwing his ass out and wants nothing to do with him.

Yup! They say he is broke now. I wonder how he is going to support all those kids. I heard he was trying to do some divorced fathers show, but it didn't work. He is a complete douche.

the lawsuit is to punish him and make him think twice about sayig "no" to videotaping the kids next time they start a new show about kate and the kids - which they may or may hnot do. Chances are he won't and will come cheap to say yes. Which is easy once he's flat broke.

lesson: when someone makes you rich and famous - u don't piss them off. he thought he had a million so he cojuld now tell tlc to f.o. He quicikly learned a hard lesson. I heard TLC actually paid monies to publicists to slang him in the press (yes kids, u can hire anti-publicists!)
