Joints and Juice ?

Ok im am having a problem and I hope others have gone through this to give some feed back ?.... Im 39 been juicing for years and decided to take a couple of months off completely to kinda detox from all the supps and juice. Well now that Im back in the gym my shoulders are killing me !! never had any pain before until the layoff and now its almost unbearable but I just use light weigh cause I figure light weight is better than no weight .... If I throw in deca for lubing up my joints would that help with the pain ? Just started Test E at 625mg ew but hasnt kicked in yet cause its only the first week in. Thanks for any replies Cbodd
 
I personally wouldn’t go throwing in another compound because of your shoulder, unless you’re looking for an excuse to throw in deca lol then that may work. I would try the natural route fist. I don’t have any firsthand experience with joint pain but from browsing the NTBM website I did see something called forged joint support. Maybe give that a shot. Sorry, I’m just bored and trying to help you out lol you will probably have better answers in due time my brother…
 
Thanks for your input NoviceFit !! I going to read up on Joint support right now ... anything N2 has his hands in has got to b good. Ive just never had any joint pain and now I wish I would have just kept at it and not take a rest. Reply much appreciated !!
 
your joints will hurt once you ultimately chose to cease gear. You may have little damage and you may have irreparable damage. Taking Deca in this case would not be wise. You should see some positive results from the Test alone. Youre 39, so how many more years do you want to take gear? 10, 20? Or <5 for example? Don't do deca just because... do it if you were planning on it. It's not worth it IMO. All you need is test anyway. Don't make a bad thing worse by aggravating your possible injury. Listen to your body, make wise decisions not haste ones. Warm up properly, get plenty of rest. May not be the worst thing in the world to take a time off from lifting unless you compete...

Great post....joint problems is NOT a reason to take deca...

Stick to the test and get some (probably spelling this wrong) glyclosomine & condroitin...

Work in swimming as your cardio. A SEAL friend of mine getting off juice swims a lot and it helps his shoulder joints.
 
Get Forged joint repair and Krill from NTBM if it is in stock...I hsve had surgery for arthritis due to MMA training. I am 37 and have been on medication for about 2 years. I recently added these and feel 100% better.
