I looked all over for recommended joint supplements but I can't find any decent information.
Heres a quick rundown of my injury: I had a snowboarding accident where I went off a 10 foot jump and some idiot stopped right where I was going to land so I tried to avoid them as much as possible but I fell right on my shoulders and tore my left quad located around my knee.
After this I stopped squatting and other leg exercises for about 2 years because I was having chronic knee pains when my leg was in a bending position. They seemed to have gone away except when I squat now even a little weight I won't go higher yet until my legs get stronger because they are still in hibernation, my left knee seems to crack a little each time almost like when you crack your fingers when ass gets near the floor..
The same fall I believe I probably dislocated my shoulderand then it popped itself back in. Everything was fine after minor pain for about a month and I have been lifting strong on it until about a month ago. I changed from dumbell military press 75x5 to barbell 165x5. On one of my last reps I heard a cracking sound in my left shoulder and I contined to finish my last 2 reps. Now i have a numbing feeling sometimes in my left shoulder when I either do incline bench or military presses. It is a mild pain and distracts me during my lifts.
Besides rest, I was wondering if anyone knew any sort of joint supplement that would help me in my discomforts and possibly bring my shoulder and knee back to what it once was.
Thanks,
Russell
