Hey All. Newbie here. I am 5'6'' 155 lbs been liftin for 5 years with a 2 year break in between for Muay Thai, been back in the gym for 3 months also I,m 35 yrs old with 12% bf. I,m gonna do my first cycle of 200 mg of cyp and 200 mg of eq a week. Me and the pain zone are old friends so do you guys think my joints will suffer alot? what would be the best way to avoid bad joints and tendons and still be able to workout hard enough to get good results? Thanks for your time.

I've been in muay thai for 5 years, and also shoot wrestling, and my joints are killing me. I'd recommend throwing some deca in there for your joints. Deca /test would be good. Maybe 400mg test, 200mg/wk deca.
