Joint problems

Was curious as to what you guys have tried, and what has worked when referring to joint/tendon problems. Here's the thing

I cant squat effectively because, for about a year and a half now, my knees would "pop" whenever doing normal everyday things such as walking up stairs. Something right under the knee would pop. Mind you, there is no liquid buildup since its not in pain and is not swollen. But I cant squat because of the pain in my knees.
I wanna try and keep the knee from popping, hoping it will heal.


Now for my arm. Recently, before I graduated, me and my buddy would do chin ups and pullups non-stop. It felt fuckin great. But for some reason, the joint or whatever right next to my rotator cuff on my right arm started to pop. Now whenever I do pullups, it pops on every single fuckin rep. I dont want to further damage it by doing heavy bench's, even though I am goin to start later on.

Anyone got some ideas? What have you guys tried
 
QFS, a canadian company has just released 3 products for joint pain. You should try and acquire some of that. I don't have any sources, and I don't know if it's illegal or not.
 
Try deca or glucosamine both have worked wonders on my knees and ankles. Hope that helps

Deca will help a lot.

Oh yes wrap those knees for squats, and switch to front squats just as effective, no more effective and less weight.

Winstrol is more likely to give you joint pains.

I have the same problem with my knees when doing squats. I solved that problem by wrapping my knees. If your knees really have a tough time with the heavy squats, try doing squats last after exhausting your legs with other exercises.
 
It is hard to diagnose what you have as the popping can be caused by various things. The popping and clicking in my joints is caused by arthritis. I had rotator surgery in my right shoulder so I know the cause of my problems.
If you do in fact have arthritis then NONE of the recommendations made so far in any of the posts will help. I have tried them all and they are not effective.
If it is not arthritis then I would suggest ongoing MSM, Glucosamine, Condroitin therapy and your next cycle should include deca.

my right knee popped also when i squatted msm along with glusomanine helped,also wrapping and a wider stance and foot position will help(deca helps also)!!! RADAR
 
well if you have arthritis and u say nothing will work you are wrong qfs has come out with 3 great new products
these products were originally (still are) used to help race horses with joint and tendon problems
i have tryed all three and taking deca and all the other shit doesnt hold a flame to the relief i got from these products
i have knee problems my left knee has been scoped 3 times so squating for me was out until someone hooked me up with these joint applications

Well BigGuns2, i had joint pain last year around october when i was still on the Ox at 350 mgr/week. Then when doing 300 mgr Winny/week and pain got worse. After a week or 2 (maybe 3), pain went away while i was doing 600 mgr Winny/week together with the Ox. Added some Brewer's Yeast and Zinc to avoid zits.
Stopped after 6 weeks the Zambons because i ran out of it. Pain came back, but gradually went away again.

So what can i say?
Now i have joint pain from HGH (i am not alone here). Glucosamine didn't make it any better. So my Winny is on its way, if ever i will take it again.

I guess everyone is different. I have never heard of winny helping with joint pains. Everything I have ever seen says that winny can cause joint pain. Have you ever tried deca for your joint pains? Deca is supposed to do wonders for acheing joints.

If you go to the meso board Bill Roberts claims the same i am saying for months. It might be different for everyone.
One thing i forgot to mention, Winny was injected in the bi's, tri's and delts, so close to the elbows.

As for the Deca, even at low dose i am getting sensitive nipples, enlarged nipples, a little disconfort in the chest, you know...gyno on his way. So no, never ever again Deca. The same goes for Sust. Even if Sust-gyno is easier to control, never again Sust.

When the Winny arrives i will try to use the same weights i was used too, then when pain gets worse i will take it.
