hey guys whats up??? so i was wondering what you guys think i sould take for my joints because they are getting weak. my wrist has been bothering me for weeks now and i have not tooken any gear about 5 months now. so for my next cycle it would be helpful to take something for them cause i never have cause i dont know what to take.

thank u for your time

Glucosamine Chrondroitin with MSM

the Glucsamine and Chrondroitin take time to build up, but the MSM methylsufonylmethane i think it is called, helps immediatly with the pain.

what they said above plus 800mg ibuprofen before gym on bad days should dothe trick

I agree.

Radar had posted a thread where he started eating jello every day. I'm sure it was sugar free. That has helped me with my knees.

Glucosamine and chondroitin definitely work. However, don't expect to see overnight results. I've had knee problems for quite a while now and I started using gluco/chondro a couple of different times but gave up after about 3 months with no improvement. The third time I did it, I took it for a whole year and finally noticed definite improvement in flexability and pain relief. Now after three years of continuous use, the results are impressive. I still can't squat very much (used to do 450+. . .probably helped ruin my knees in the first place) but I can run again without water buildup and my condition continues to improve.

took less than 2 months for me,....and im on winstrol which dries out your joints....i dunno, depends on the person and injury i guess

As other guys have said before ADEQUAN, inject it as close to the knackered joint as possible and after about 5 injections, one a week, you should have def. improvement.

I am trying to get my doc to give me the human version in the uk, which I think is either synvisc or hyalgan, but the jury is still out on these, adequan they still give to race horses instead of putting them in your burgers....
