Joint Pains!!!!!!!!!!!

i got really bad pains in my forearms from hockey and working out. any medicine or lotion or anything to help me. help would be much appreciated.

they will be listed as a joint therapy or joint relief in the health food/ supplement stores....i used the "Vitamin World" brand....but any of the high end companies will have this product....i have been using SAM-E for mood, but it also helps alot with joints/ tendons/ legiments...i have been in no pain at all for months @ 400mgs of SAM-E per day....i would recommend the other tho, as i know it works at those doseages....its real easy to find bro....we've had 3 or 4 fatals on bikes this last week...be careful out there...guys crossing over dbl yellows....yes, the new HONDA 1000RR is the shit...friend bought one. put 146mi..on it and got it stolen...trick, smooth and handles well....very fast...approx.30lbs heavier than mine tho...
