Joint Pain

New member
I posted something very similar to this last week but I'm really curious about this. I got tendonitits in my left elbow last week...no big deal. Now, I'm experiencing pain in my shoulders and ankles. I've trained for years without pain. Now that I'm 3 weeks into my first cycle, things are starting to hurt that never hurt before. I'm taking 500mg Test E/week and 50mg Anavar/day. Can my joint pain be attributed to the Anavar?

I know many here may disagree, but i swear that anavar causes me joint pain and generalized myalgia.

pain in one or more muscles

Thank you cause I was just about to ask. It would seem that since starting an Anavar/Tbol cycle, my elbows and shoulders have decided to hurt. Can't attribute this to an increase in my lifting poundages cause I'm using the same weights. Not saying that it's the Var, but not saying it isn't either.

Chondrotin
MSM
Glutamine Peptides ( personal opinion)
Creatine , MCC, or CEE ( I strongly believe it creates a type of buffer via intra muscle water retention)
Cissus Rx ( some swear by it)
Celadrin

*chondroitin and glucosamine
can get them at wal-mart, pills can contain both in the same pill

I appreciate the responses, but I already know what I can take to alleviate the problem. I was more concerned with what actually caused the problem considering that I've never suffered from any joint pain before and I thought that it was coincidental that the pain started shortly after I began my cycle.

some guys swear by AFLUTOP....Its pretty cheap...I've never used it though...If their is no drug testing in the future for you then hit up some low dose deca....

Deca will help...Sounds like your too dry....or substitute with d-bal and try that..

I'm having extreme pain in the left elbow also....The only thing that works for me is deca....So far...but my next cycle is going to incorporate tren

I bought some straps for my fore arms, suppose to help with tendonitis and I started MSM,,

Same thing as you, elbows,

Skull crushers, normally max out at about 125 lbs, can’t even do 30 lbs, now, I don’t want my triceps to whether away during this thing.

The stupid straps (first day, yesterday) didn’t seem to help.

What other advice, besides more gear for tendonitis.

I know what caused my joint-elbow pain,

Using weights that are too heavy, and not warming up enough.

I just want to correct the problem and go back to using weights that are too heavy.

Mine is from powerlifting...I get up to max set really quick..

The only thing that helps is Icy Hot on the elbow and a sleeve over it......triceps..the only thing i can do is cable extensions..I do 15-20 reps per...Im not sure if you can gain on those but I believe you can maintain....

How much water do you drink a day?
same for me tendonitis in the forearms from doing straight bar curls and railroading all the time on bicep days i have been down for a couple of weeks on doing anything heavy!!!

Solidspine, skull-crushers cause elbow pain. The two go together once you're moving reasonable weight. I can only suggest that you find other triceps movements.

as long as you are sure that your var is actually var, then I agree with the above about the skullcrushers. They have always caused me pain thats why I don't do them anymore and now, no more pain. :) Good luck bro.

I drink about a gallon and a half a day, so I don't think it's a lack of water intake. Also, I haven't done any really "heavy" lifting for a while. My training hasn't changed much since I started the cycle...that's why I'm confused. If I was throwing around a bunch of heavy weight, I'd understand why I was in pain. Another thing that's weird is that my left ankle f'n KILLS whenever I run now. It's not a grinding joint pain...it's more of a burning pain...weird.

blut wump

I hear you,

It is not the first time, by a far shot, need to recover.

This is one of the worst times, hurts even when not lifting,

Thanks for the advice.
