Joint Pain?

im getting ready for a show which im a few days away from. two weeks ago my shoulder and elbow joints began to hurt like hell during workouts. my legs are fine just the upper boddy has been killing me so i have to take advil to get through the workouts painfree. im using 800mg tes a week 700mg tren a week and i've been doing 100mg aldactone e day starting 2 weeks out from the show just using tren this last week with aldactone. could one of these products be causing the pain in my joints or is it the constant heavy lifting as the show draws near?

The most common reason for pain is joint laxity. What that means is the tendons/ligiments that stabalize the joint are sprained/strained causing a sloppy joint, pinched nerves etc. Often times the pain is from referral and not actually caused in the locations pain is felt.

However, in your case since your using aldactone, which is a diuretic it very well could cause sore joints. Water is a main component of cartiledge and one reason joint deterioration is more pronounced in elderly, as we age we hold less water, especially in the joints.

Keep in mind inflamation is the bodies way of triggering a healing response, anti inflamatories like ibuprofin, aleve etc prolong or even prevent healing by reducing this inflamation.

thanks zyg.... i've been lifting hard and heavy for over 12yrs and never had joint pain. guess i should have put 2 and 2 together when the joint pain started shortly after i began my aldactone.
