Joint Pain Relief Remedies- What Do YOU Use?? Glucosamine?? Celebrex??

I've tried gluco/chondratin for a few months. Didn't do shit. Another quack product IMO. The ones that claim it does work, probably the placebo effect.

Both products have been proven to help with joint pain for some people. The issue is that it takes 4 to 6 weeks before you feel the effects (so be patient). There has also been a concern that they may raise your cholesterol(not proven by research yet) Chondroitin should be taken at 1200mgs/day or Glucosamine at 1500 mgs/day. There have been no studies that shows using both at the same time is more effective then using one or the other.

Another overlooked aspect is whether the Glucosamine is taken in liquid or pill form. Liquid form has a better absorption rate.

A little MSM & Glenmorangie 20 , neat.

Guys, what do YOU use for relief from joint pain? I'm thinking of using Glucosamine@1500mgs ED, Chondroitin@1000mgs ED & MSM@1000mgs ED to "protect" myself while using Winstrol@50mgs ED for 6 weeks to close out a Test cycle. Any other ideas?? What about Celebrex??

You've got all the options covered.

I've taken Celebrex and it worked great, though I don't have chronic joint problems. I take it as needed when my knees ache.
