Hey all,
I joined the Omega project a couple days ago, been busy reading, disecting all the new info, techniques and diet info. Wow, a very different approach to bodybuilding i would've imagined.
I spent the last 2 nites doing the workouts, just trying to get starting weights for my first week, which starts in a couple days. Damn, even my legs are still sore, and those are my strongest body parts lol.
Ill add more later, stats, measurements etc.
 
Question.
I did legs last nite. but do i do 2 bodyparts a week to equal 5 work outs? I know legs/abs twice a week but thats only 4 works outs.
Anyone?

I just rotate everything. 5 days on 2 days off. I'll do chest / legs / backs / off / chest / legs / off and then just keep rolling that way.

Age 38
Height - 5"9.5
Weight - 228
BF % - 22-23
LBM - 175 Lbs
Been lifting about a year now.
Cant find my tape measure :(
