Hey all,
I joined the Omega project a couple days ago, been busy reading, disecting all the new info, techniques and diet info. Wow, a very different approach to bodybuilding i would've imagined.
I spent the last 2 nites doing the workouts, just trying to get starting weights for my first week, which starts in a couple days. Damn, even my legs are still sore, and those are my strongest body parts lol.
Ill add more later, stats, measurements etc.
