Stress. Man if I start going through a lot of stress it gets hard to eat right. With all this shit that I found out yesterday its hard to think about how many stupid fuckin cals I am getting in with a meal. I might be real fucked and you might not see me for awhile...... no big deal. Maybe amonth or so. Its all for some stupid shit I did a couple years ago.
 
I auctully did alright today. I think this shit might work itself out better then I thought. Maybe wont have to spend any time. Going to go lift and kill it tonight. Then sleep in hopefully tommarow.
 
I know I am not the only one. Been doing this shit for as long as I can remember. Its just this is the last time and I just wnna get it over with. Fuck it. I am goin gto go order my clen today. How is everyone doing with thier diet?

Diet? What diet? I thought we're just 'sposed to work out & eats lots. I got the eating part down.
 
still getting my diet dialed in here... i got my spreadsheet all filled out, and have all the formulas inserted, so now it's easy for me to plug new stuff in, and have the totals do everything for me...

i'm actually starting to get hungry for my next meals again... i didn't think i would ever be hungry again...
 
haha. Told you. at 2600 I am always hungrey. I was at 3800 before i decided to cut. That was hard to eat so much but then it got easy then i decided to cut. Now that was hard.
 
Well...my progress is surprising. I've dropped 2.5% body fat (via tape test). In about 3 more weeks, I plan to post updated pics. Keeping up with some of you is a hard feat.



I actually started my first cycle.

WK 1-12 400mg of diet ED
WK 1-12 600mg of cardio EOD


Still haven't figured out my PCT. Any recommendations? :)
 
Ate a ton of Pizza today. it was my cheat meal for the week. I didnt drink so i fugre one cheat meal is beeter then 2 day binge. Feels good. I just started getting GREAT pumps in Bi workouts. IT has always been a weakpoint but lately have had all around good workouts no matter what muscle group. Cnat wait for the test but personal issues got money on a hold. Still stuck at 200lbs....lookin better though.

I hear 12.5 mcg of copulation every other day works well. After every application, double it, 'til you feel you're satisfied.

i got stoned last night and just ate ate ate. i prob ate 2000 cals between 6 and 11 at night. i ate 1/4 of a full size natty pb jar and ate a lil over a lb of lean ground turkey and broccoli. i figure since my last shot was at 450mg, eating a lil bit more might help me add a couple more pounds. since my back was flaring up, i havent been to the gym since tues. i skipped shoulders and arms, which i think are the least important in the gym bc those muscles get worked during other exercises. today ill try to get thru legs and arms but i seem to be losing a little motivation. i cant wait to start the purcee and amp02. im trying to hold off on these until 1 month after pct. id like to maintain my current body weight and looks until the amp/purcee and then gain some lean muscle over the next couple months until i start my prop cycle. will be taking sesapure so i dont gain any fat since i worked so hard to get rid of it.
 
good job. Wish I could smoke. I have ate like shit this weekemd. Oh well I still eat cleaner then I ever used to and am not so hardcore on my diet that I just drop it. I am steadily getting leaner and larger and that all I want. Now when the cyce starts....Its GO TIME.
 
yesterday was my trial run to see how much food i can eat every 2-2.5 hrs and i took down 3500 cals no problem. im a lil bit full this morn so hopefully this coffee will clear me out.
 
Lmao I cheated all weekend long. Ate whatever and everything that I felt like. It was bad. Fast food, Pizza, chinease, the whole bit. The funny thing was......I didnt really like it. I thought I would LOVE every bite but I really didnt love any of it. Made me feel like complete shit. I didnt drink anything though. Got a ton of compliments how much Bigger and stronger I looked though. Its kinda funny though when I tell them my diet and how hard I work at it then eat a HUGE fat ass meal. Well back to dieting hard now. Got all the cheating outta me for awhile.. just wanted a break. Then after all this court bull shit is done I will start my first cycle. I bet Sarge is all shitfaced now. Oh well. Back to trainging. Gotta make up for a back workout I missed to this week.

whats your workouts look like for mass?? how many set, reps, and other?? today was my first day in the gym eating on a surplus and my strength was way up. i only do 3 sets of 8,6,6 for each exercise. unfortunately, my chiro told me to stay away from certain exercises bc of my lower back.
 
im also taking down over 3500 cals no prob ed. cant wait till my next cycle. im so upset this one is ending.

12,8,6. I can't risk injury due to work demands, so I don't work to failure. I've been doing this a long time, so I can judge when I'm on my last rep. sometimes I do have to cheat a little.
I usually do 2-4 exercises per bodypart, depending on the size. Except shoulders, I do one exercise per delt, plus shrugs, military press, & pullups.
I do weights at home, so I don't have a lot of selections for exercises.
 
OK, I've started keeping a journal in Excel. One page for diary type stuff, 1 page for listings of Caloric & macro value's for the shit I eat & 1 page as a daily diet journal.
OMFG :RADAR: I didn't realize what a fucking pig I am. I also didn't realize how all the little things, like 2 tsp butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, nickel & dime your diet to death.
Here's the totals:
For the first time in my life, I have figured out my daily intake. Holy Fuck!
Totals: Calories; 3292, Fat; 199g, Protein; 120g, Carbs; 262g.

The math is a little off, but it works out to about 54%fat, 14.6% Protein, & 31% carbs.

3187 cals, 162.2g fat, 243.7g Protein, 194g carbs. That's about 45% fat, 31% protein, & 24.5g carbs
 
bring the protein up a lil bit and drop the fat down. carbs look ok but if you're tryin to lose weight, id drop them to 15-25%. you won't be able to get the exact percentages ed unless you're really maticulous.
 
im starting amplify 02 and purcee tomorrow. i cant wait to feel that rush from the amp. i havent felt the same in the gym this week.

I've been tracking my eating more. Very enlightening. I've also had to cut back on my diabetic meds. 2 Hypogycemic incidents a day.
 
Being diabetic must make thiings much more complicated. I have pretty much forgotten about dieting this week. I am going to the arnold classic tommarow and will leave for ohio this afternoon. After getting outta jail I wanted to eat something good! Plus with my boy just dieing its hard to even think about counting cals.....just doesnt seem to be in my mind, there is more important things in life. I will start back on monday with lifting.

Yeah being diabetic sucks. The meds just wanna make me fatter.
While health & conditioning are important, sometimes it has to take a back seat to more pressing concerns. No sense pushing it when your mind is on other things. Take care of yourself, then carry on when you can.
 
Well, yesterday sucked. I'm kinda sick, flu thing going on. Plus I was very hypo-glycemic in the A.M. I panic & don't think straight when I'm like that. I had my dextrose tabs, plus, when things weren't happening fast enough I had 2 chocy bars & a granola bar. Talk about overkill. Then when I come down from that, I'm dead tired. If my sugar gets too low, I feel like shit the rest of the day, so I didn't work out. I had 2 pieces of Kentucky duck, just the chicken, for dinner, so basically the day was a write off. :rolleyes:

Today's another day. :)
 
oh well, one day won't kill you. last night i drank a lil bit and caught a nice little buzz. im so sick of where i live bc everyone is so young and sketchy. cant wait to move someplace new. i get stir crazy being in one place for too long. back to diet talk. im a little over 1 week into my bulking diet from my cutting diet and im up about 6 pounds in one week. i stopped taking ai's so some of it is water. still happy with my progress. id like to hit 240 naturally before i hit up my next mass cycle. hopefully the cee will help with that.
 
Cee helped me. One day isnt bad compared to my one week. I just got back from the Arnold Classic.....>BAD ASS. This was my first time going and was just AWSOME. Saw all my fav pro BBs and UFC guys. Got tons of free supplemnets and it was just plan ol BAD ASS. Got plenty of motivation now. Back to the diet tommarow and hardcore lufting. Cant wait. It was a needed break in some shitty times....
 
how have you guys been doing lately. since i upped my calories, my strength has sored in the gym. feels awsome to be able to lift real weight again.

good job hid. it def takes a couple days to get everything in order and to play around with your diet to fit you. i bet your results will come much faster.
 
Well yesterday was my first time back in the gym from last week. Felt really motivated. Still with my calorie intake at around 2500 I have had hard time making gains and maintaining as much strenght as I had. I barely have went down but its frusterating not moving to heavier weights. Although I do look a lot better and thats what really matters. I soon will be off probation and will pay my court fines and get my court shit payed for. Then its one cycle of Test E at 500 a week. Will prob up my intake to about 2700 and keep it stricter then ever. With no slackin and no drinking. But I gotta eat again so ill talk to you guys later.
 
city, you gotta take advantage of your first cycle and eat. the first is the best in terms of gains. keep cutting before the cycle, then bulk on cycle, and then cut after the cycle. my .02
 
I think I am just going to see what happens at 3000 Cals. Maybe just put on some fat free mass. Of course I will have some fat added on but I am not too worried about it. I think With some good muscle mass I would feel a lot better about myself.

That's something I'm really noticing on my right bi... my left is sick, but right is kinda flat peaked from all the right hand sports (lacrosse, discus, jav., ect.).

Well tonight I had a fantastic workout. My biceps used to be my weakest point and I could never train and get them into shocl consitantly. Lately they have been becoming my favorite workout and Ive been killin it. Strange. Went shopping after the gym to buy weeks worth of food. Lots of lean beef. Salmon. Beef Jerky. Wheat. By the way I have started a new hobbie of Grip srength. Always was interested but at the arnold classic I bought 3 sets of grips starting at 150-250ls. Fun and hard. Anyway. I went to take pictures and realized something. With me. My body looks better with a little more fat on it. Right now I am in a between stage of Leaner and fat. So I almost feel that I looked better with more fat. Hopefully my body will lean more down and will become cut and loose this fat in stubborn areas. People have been complimenting me a lot lately and even my mom asked me if I started using steroids. I take that as a compliment....but seriously there has not been that much of a difference she just doesnt know shit. But anways. I think as I start dieting more I have become more critical of myself. I will take pics....Just not right now. Tired and have school all day tommarow.
 
nice work city. keep it up. i have a question for you guys. im bulking clean right now and i wanted to know what you thought about oatmeal. i have a huge thing of quaker oats and i eat them almost 70% of my carbs in the day. the other is either brown rice or sweet potatoes. is this bad? do you think that brown rice/sweetpotatoe is better? i know oatmeal is good, but i didnt know in what quantity?
 
Personally I'd use the oatmeal for the a.m. and the Yams, brown rice for later on, alternating them, ect.

I bought 3 of them at the arnold classic. They are not Captins of Crush but look indenticale. I got a 150/200/250 for 25$ with a last minuter haggel. I do not know how accurate they are but I can close a 200 about 2 times in right hand. The Avatar is as close as I can get with the 250. Its going to become a little hobbie of mine. Going to build a wrist curl set tonight.

I compared to one in the gallery of yours... seems to be the sides/love handle area went in a bit... that's a good thing!

The hardest part about your comparision: Every time you post a photo it's a different "pose." ... choose one, stick with it, lol. Better for side by side comparision unless there's HUGE improvment which takes time.

Good job nontheless, and keep working hard bro... diet, diet, diet, train, train, train!

Your front single bicep pose with the camera... you need to pull your arm back so it's in line with your body and keep your tri parallel with the ground :D

I'm not sure about digitals, but most camera's have a timer function. Set in on a dresser, pile of books, stack of dead bodies, to get the right height. Then try different flash settings to bring out the shadows on musculature.

Oh well I will have plenty of time because its spring break. I can eat good and cook and train all day long.....yehaw

I got the week off school and I am going to train cook and eat all day long. It will be great. Watchin Braveheart right now.....gets me pumped up. HAHA i know it has nothing to do with lifting but the amount of courage and sacrafice does. I took one week off and when I got back I felt so weak...hopefully you wont feel the same. Someimes when I take time off and come back I feel stronger...i think due to my muscle fully healing. Witch they never do.
 
Damn, that sucks... maybe you're not resting enough?

I usually set new PR's when I take time off... but that's not the goal right now, I'm not going to try and injury myself. Going to get back lift as heavy as I can, keep reps low(ish) and start cutting carbs out of my M-F diet... once I start really dieting again... i'm going to HATE it, I hate feeling weak... all for the cause though... almost there, I love it!!!
 
haha Well it was just really the first time your muscles get back into it. They go into MASSIVE shock.. but thats me personally. I know I do not get enough sleep....Ill be workin on that too. Honestly the diet was wearing me out. It wasnt the cooking/eating/lack of eating but it was the keeping track 24/7. So right now I know about how much food I need to get in and what food is better for me. Because of me only being 19 I am just going to eat clean, eat eveery 2 hours, and lift heavy. I admagine I will be between 2200 and 3000 cals all the time. We will see how it works.
 
Sleep is key... and when you can't sleep your body relys on nutrition to support it so if you're not eating right all the time without sleep, it'll kick you in the ass like you've noticed.

Yeah... that's what I do still. Haven't needed to weight foods yet, love the results i'm getting... too many other priorities in my life right now to get extremly anal about it.
 
i had an awsome chest workout today. ive been getting stronger and stronger every week, and the amp 02 is def kicking in. that shit tasted so bad at first, but now im used to it. got up 285 twice after doing 5 sets before that. cant wait to hit 315. i should be there soon. weight has not really moved much, staying strong at 230lbs and on pct
 
Cant ask for anything more then that. I miss the worouts that I had when getting in 4000... felt like an animal. I might have to try the amp out....
 
just beware of it the first couple days. it tastes like mike's hard lemonade with piss in it. the flavor gets better the more you use it, but i almost threw up the first 2 times using it.

Don't worry about me bro... Well most of the break was vacation, I did lift for about 4 days... cardio 3-4 days overall i'd say... I think it'll be 3ish weeks... who knows, not counting, don't really care, lol...

Na, I'm not falling "off the wagon" or whatever. Lifting is more than my hobby again. After 2 years of basically not touching a weight, this past year my physique has changed drastically and i'm going to keep improving. Rest is just as important as lifting sometimes... I took two years off, got back into it.... i'm 20 pounds heavier right now comparing to my high school weight senior year when i was overtraining and not eating enough. I'm glad I took the 2 years off... lol, filled out big time, could have happend anyway, who knows... but I'm in my 20's and i'm going to abuse my natty T levels while I still can!

haha, no you supplement whore you... get your own "I don't play well with others" nor "share," lol... :p
 
I have got quite a dew compliments on my body from friends and family. It really makes it all worth it. I do it for myself but it always feels good when someone else notices all the hard work. Love the progress so far. I have to say it... dietreally makes the difference.

Ill get flexed posed tonight here is one no flexed. Although they say pictures dont lie....they sure can be decieving. When i look at the pics I barely can tell a difference....but everyone else can. I know the poses arnt the same and the lighting is different.. but the new camarea focuses differently. Oh well.

Well, you are your own worst critic at times ... that's why it helps to put 'em out there for others to see what you may not see. :) From what I can tell in that pic compared to the other one (similar in your gallery), you look smaller in the abdominal region and a little more defined in the chest as well (lighting hard to get a better read).

Feels more than great to be back!!

Feeling still not 100% yet though, semi-stuffed up (coldish symptoms)... getting better though... workout was deff. 110% as always though.

If I feel as though I can't give my all and then some I don't half ass a workout... sippin' some green tea right meow (lol...super trooper flash back).

i will be adding some updated pics tonight, but i think i look exactly the same as i did at the beginning. the amp02/cee has def helped me out in the gym. my strength is through the roof right now. im lifting more than i ever had. i backed it down on my diet bc eating 4000+ ed, not on cycle just isnt for me. im eating around 3000-3400 on my nonworkout days and 3300-3700 on my workout days. just looking for some lean muscle gains until i can poke myself again. im trying to hit 250 by the end of my next cycle.
