I think I'm 7 or8 weeks out now. I can't give any numbers on how much I've retained because I started cutting down 6 weeks ago and have been loosing about 2 lbs per week. I'm down to 179-180 from about 192. I've been going fairly hard on the cardio 3-4 days a week, lifting twice a week on a 2-day split, only eating about 2200cal, low fat, no carbs after 7pm, and cycling between ECA and NYC 2 weeks each. Overall, I'd say I kept most of my gains...I'm definitely happy with the results to date. I'm thinking of running a short Fina/test/proviron cycle for 6 weeks or so in May...probably give the injection thing a try since I'm gonna do test also. I'll post it up when I get started.
