Week 4
I'm up 11lbs but starting to notice that I'm getting a little unwanted weight in my gut. I've noticed that some of my pants don't fit as well in the waist. I'm going to cut down on carbs some, bump prot, and start 20 min light cardio 2-3 times a week. I think I'm looking leaner in my arms and shoulders and a little more cut although I'm not trying to get much definition at this point. 2 weeks to go!
