The drink girl is a good friend and moved to my old company. Friends stay friends until I know what the hell's going on with everything else.
I won't be travelling this month. I'll PM you on that if you want details.
Also, my dog is 108 lbs and needs a cyst removed from his butt, I'll probably go back and finish school, and I'm thinking about buying a new car before winter. I had flank steak and sweet potato wedges for dinner, and I slept alne last night.

I have a land deal working that is in Tooele, just west of Salt Lake City. My friend and I have arranged financing for someone that's buying 122 acres and the water shares to go with it. We know a few people with the township that will get the land parceled, platted, and papered quickly. We also hooked her up with a company that will rush her through and get the curb, gutter, and sewer put in by September. We just have origination on that, but it's a decent chunk. (If it goes through).
The other deal is for water shares we have. We have 45 days to sell 2200 shares. It should be doable. Those shares are located in Utah county, just south of Salt Lake.
