Awesome pics, whitie!!!! LOL I am sure your not that white, but standing next to the girl who obviously is, you kinda pop out LOL.

You have a grace about you posing! (if that makes any sense) Rephrase, you look very graceful when you are posing. :)

(erm, the broccoli is NOT liking me)

1 omega 3/6/9 cap + 2 levorex

**Water: 1 (8oz) bottle of water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle water + 1 (16.9 oz) bottle diet green tea + 4 (20 oz) bottles of water + 2/3 gallon water

4:15pm -- Walked 3 blocks to the gym

Treadmill: Warmup walk, 5 mins; 20 mins HIIT: Run/Walk 2:1 ratio (25 mins total time) + alternate Run @ 6% incline @ 7.0mph; 5 cycles, 30 secs each

Salad: 4 oz chicken + lettuce/radish/cuke/celery/tomato/bell pepper/tomato
2 tblsp Newman's Lite Honey Mustard

1 svg liquid gluc/chon/msm

9:30pm
2 tblsp ANPB

1 antacid (for the calcium)
