lets face it here .. blacks will stick up for blacks irregaurdless.... that is the fact here ,reading the comments, stands to be true here.. crime is crime.. that is a fact. but black leaders would jump all over this if it was the other way around and call for boycotts and stuff like that just to prove a point.. that they can..... it is like when did it become REVERSE DISCRIMINATION if it is a white being discriminated against.. that is something i would like to have clarified.. discrimination is discrimination no matter who you are.. blacks definately have the upper hand in this country when it comes to matters like this..

First of all, someone should have been charged w/ a hate crime for hanging nooses from a tree at a public school, Second, if this was a blacl on black fight or a white on white fight, the charges would be simple assualt. Third thing is, The D.A. has already made public statements that lead one to believe that he will not be fair and impartial in getting justice. Don`t play bullshit over this issue. People are not expecting nothing to happen to the 6 young men who beat this kid up, but attempted mureder? Wake the fuck up. There is still a huge gap between blacks and whites when it comes to our legal system. No black card needed for this situation, the facts are right there in front of you.

What astounds me the most is the way the NAACP and other leaders support criminals. The six kids continued to beat up that boy after he was unconscious, and by the letter of the law if you inflict bodily harm upon the helpless it can be construed as attempted murder. Hence, the charge.
All of the fights that occurred during this period should have the law applied equally. therefore, if you raised your fists to another student you should be charged with assault, if you hit someone and caused injury, it should be battery. White child, black child or polka-dotted child, the law should be applied the same.
