Just wanted to let everyone know my cycle started last night.

1cc Omna & 1cc Decabol. I'm so happy right now.

Starting weight 230lbs around 12% I guess.
Goal is to gain a shitload and hopefully cut down to like 225 under 10%, we'll see...

Small update:

Yesterday was my bench day and I definitely felt something! 345 5x5 no help from spotter AT ALL. Bodyweight is up to 235 and I can still see my abs.

Cycle is just the Sust and Deca...

lol..cool bro i hear ya....yeah i havent really been around alot either...i got out of the army moved out with my girlfreind. time is few and fair between for me man...its hard but im honestly happy.

as far as DIV hes still around if u email him...i honestly forget the whole shindig with him. i know he didnt diserve it..he was cool and i liked him. he was kinda a wierd but a good bro none-the-less
