Jeans- struggle

Ladies, I could use some help.... after hubby and I attempted to buy me new jeans last night, we left mall only with 2 new tank tops.

I cant find any jeans that fit my quads right, if they do, then the waist, crotch and rear are sooo baggy.
Hubby suggested boy jeans w. a small waist, we looked at little Abercrombie but they didnt work either.

help...... :worried:

sorry can't help you on that one.. but buying jeans.. or any pants for that matter is a nightmare.. always tight around ass and upper legs... but then could fit another person in there around my waist :worried: ... and i always have to cut about 6 inches off the bottom

I have trouble buying jeans also....definitely try jeans that are marked "stretch" - but you're just going to have to try on 100s of jeans to see if they fit.....

thanks for the suggestions!

going to look at old navy tonight. stretch is a must, look into more wide leg too I guess.

Shadow, thats interesting about the manufact. I had no idea one could custom fit designer jeans. do they offer this online (off to check)

If you ever watch What Not to Wear on TLC, they suggest that you buy a pair of jeans that is comfortable and fits you CLOSELY... and take them in to get them altered. Obviously, some things are easier to get altered, like length or taking in the waist, for example. So if I were you, I would buy jeans that fit you best in the quads and butt... and then just have the rest adjusted by a tailor.

I know most department stores, like Nordstrom for example, will alter clothes for free if they are purchased there regardless of what the item is. :D Hope that helps!

Great idea!! that didnt even cross my mind! Ill look into that as well, thanks! :rainbow:

I like Foster Jeans...and if you can get some Colombian made jeans, they are a good option, small waist, larger on the hips. I have a small waist and those seem to help. Abercrombie has a model...slim straight 3662 ROC 6780 6780D(On tag) They work well for me, have a high waist though!

wow how early in weight training can you hit this issue..i am a relative newbie but already having jeans problems!

Can you get cowboy cut (eg. Wrangler) jeans anywhere in your area? They tend to be built for a bigger quad since they're made for women who are riding hard all the time.
