anyone here like old school jazz but from newer artists? I wanna check out some smoove (not the new age shit though) tunes. I dont want no new age, soft core porno style jazz...

My fav's are:
- Chick Corea Electrik Band (and Electrik Band II also)
- Béla Fleck and the Flecktones
- Some shit from "Spyro Gyra", at least the funky stuff.
- Some shit from "The Rippingtons", though most of the new stuff is gayer than May1010's rainbow coloured tank top.
I like listening more to that funky fusion stuff than smoochy elevator jazz..
